Ideas that make a difference: Four employees of Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG were honored for their suggestions for improvement at the last works meeting. The adaptation of materials for heating production not only optimized assembly and work processes, but also saved storage space by eliminating unnecessary auxiliary materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
