We\u2019re excited to welcome a new addition to our team: On September 1, 2026, Lukas Matheis began a dual apprenticeship as an industrial clerk with us, followed by a combined bachelor\u2019s degree program in business administration. Through the dual apprenticeship model, we directly integrate academic education with practical work experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the coming years, Lukas Matheis will gain experience in all core business areas at Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG\u2014including, for example, purchasing, sales, and accounting. In doing so, he will combine hands-on experience at our company with his academic studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are very pleased to welcome Mr. Matheis to our team. Supporting qualified young talent is a central component of our long-term human resources strategy. The dual study program provides an excellent foundation for this, as it optimally combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills,\u201d explains Manuel Waldbauer, deputy plant manager at Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
