Children for career in technology: Whether a child later chooses a career in technology is already determined in childhood. At a time when more and more young people are deciding to go to university, it is all the more important to get children interested in technology at a very early age, because industry would not function without the next generation of engineers.
Lm-therm is committed to promoting young talent in the field of technology and is a member of the Arnstorf Technology Center support group. On March 5, 2024, the sponsors’ meeting of the sponsors of the Arnstorf Technology Center took place. The leaders of the Technik f\u00fcr Kinder association, the deputy district administrator of Rottal-Inn, Kurt Vall\u00e9e, the mayor of the municipality of Arnstorf, Christoph Brunner, the principal of Closen Middle School Arnstorf, Marko Ketter, and the deputy principal of Realschule Arnstorf, Markus Fischl, were all present.
After the warm welcome, the children of the 5th grade of the Closen Middle School Arnstorf <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

were visited during the SET program (Students Discover Technology). The atmosphere was good. After all, the pupils were able to assemble an electronic Kojak siren with an additional flashing light effect themselves. After the photo session, the report on the past financial year was presented to the sponsors and the last twelve months were reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TfK – more enthusiasm for technology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Technikhaus Arnstorf is an important institution in Rottal-Inn and it is impossible to imagine life without it. From the age of eight, boys and girls can pursue their passion for technology and crafts here. This strengthens the next generation of technicians and craftspeople in the region.
Every year, the non-profit association “TfK-Technik f\u00fcr Kinder e. V.” implements projects that enable around 7,000 children to playfully discover the world of technology through experiments and research. In doing so, they often discover their own talents and professional preferences and lay the foundations for their future career choices. We are looking forward to the projects that await us in 2024 together with the TfK and hope to be able to inspire children for technical professions again this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
