Training makes more of us – Lm-therm joins in
Training has never been as diverse as it is today. In the past, there was a classic separation between dual training and university studies, but today these have merged. It is not always necessary to study to obtain a Bachelor’s degree. The IHK campaign #könnenlernen shows young people, their parents and teachers the diversity of modern apprenticeships. As an active training company, Lm-therm supports the campaign and invites all students, career changers and drop-outs to immerse themselves in the topic of training.
At Lm-therm, it’s not the photo that counts, but the person and what they bring to the table. Everyone has talents that sometimes lie dormant. It is not without reason that there are increasing calls to look at talents and not just grades.
As a certified training company, we offer people of all ages the opportunity to do an apprenticeship with us: be it training as an electronics technician for devices and systems (m/f/d), training as a foreign language industrial clerk (m/f/d) or training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d). We will accompany you on your career path. Do you want more than “just” an apprenticeship? We also offer combined studies. With us, you can become an industrial clerk in the combined study program B.A. Business Administration (m/f/d).

Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG has been supporting young people for years, as well as those changing careers. Training at Lm-therm means not only imparting specialist knowledge, but also providing good support for our trainees. By the way, getting coffee is not part of the basic training at Lm-therm. Our trainers make sure that the trainees acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities and that they are fully integrated into the operational process. This also means taking on responsibility at a young age. Continuous further and advanced training is also part of our corporate philosophy after the apprenticeship. We encourage our employees to open up new horizons and develop professionally.
