Lm-therm awards prizes for its employees’ suggestions for improvement
Ideas that make a difference: Four employees of Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG were honored for their suggestions for improvement at the last works meeting. This award reflects the company’s commitment to promoting a culture of innovation and co-design in which employees’ ideas and suggestions are not only listened to but actively supported. The adaptation of materials for heating production not only optimized assembly and work processes, but also saved storage space by eliminating unnecessary auxiliary materials.

Employee motivation important for Lm-therm
