Lm-therm: Company film provides an insight into the portfolio
Lm-therm’s portfolio is impressive. The new corporate film shows that the company, which is known for its individual solutions in control cabinet climate control, can do even more. In 03:34 minutes, the video gives an insight into another – less well-known – part of Lm-therm’s company portfolio: module assembly and cable technology.
Cable technology – flexibility in cable production
Thanks to in-house cable technology and module assembly, Lm-therm is able to react flexibly and quickly to customer requirements. Customized cables are just as possible as stranded wire assembly and cable assembly.
With one of our fully automatic cable assembly machines, we are able to supply cable cross-sections from 0.50 mm² to 2.5 mm², cable lengths from 200 mm and cables
with insulated ferrules on both ends. The quantity does not matter. Small and large quantities are no problem. We also offer an extensive portfolio in cable assembly. In addition to single wire assembly or the assembly of multi-core cables, we also produce cable harnesses as prototypes or in series. With the support of automatic cable machines, we are able to manufacture flexibly and economically from batch size 1.
Component assembly – your extended workbench/contract manufacturing
In addition to control cabinet climate control and cable technology, we also specialize in module assembly. Our all-round service includes the production of energy chains, the electrical wiring of power and sub-distribution boards, custom-made products according to customer requirements as well as the testing of mobile equipment, the performance of quality and functional tests and the professional packaging and labeling of products. Lm-therm not only offers special solutions – tailored to your requirements – but also provides support in handling the entire logistics process. We are happy to produce your specific product as an OEM supplier or as a contract manufacturer.
