Lm-therm optimizes packaging process

Ergonomic improvement for employee health

The new machine is characterized by its ergonomic design, which significantly reduces the strain on employees’ backs. By avoiding unphysiological movement sequences and one-sided strain, the risk of back pain and other physical complaints is minimized.
The strapping machine was purchased on the recommendation of the “Aktion Gesunder Rücken e.V.” (AGR), which promotes back-friendly working conditions. The AGR emphasizes the importance of movement and ergonomic aids in the workplace in order to avoid back problems.
