2026 closed-door meeting: Focus, responsibility, and cohesion

This year, the management team and extended senior management once again came together for their annual closed-door meeting to define the strategic guidelines for the current fiscal year. The focus was on prioritizing key areas of action, the operational implementation of corporate goals, and the coordination of cross-divisional initiatives.
The venue around Lake Fuschl provided the perfect setting for an open and constructive exchange. In a focused working atmosphere, new ideas for the coming months were developed.
