New employee supports the sales department
We are delighted to welcome Ms. Hoffmann as a new member of our internal sales team in the area of order processing. With her extensive experience and commitment, she will make an important contribution to the efficiency and organization of our team.
Her main tasks include entering quotations and orders as well as preparing and checking customs and shipping documents. She will also be responsible for communicating with freight forwarders, suppliers and customers to ensure that orders run smoothly. Maintaining customer-related data in the ERP system is also one of her tasks, as is supporting the sales and shipping team with administrative matters. In addition, she will be responsible for general office tasks, including telephone communication.
