Training at Lm-therm: Diversity & prospects
We are currently training three committed young talents: an electronics technician for devices and systems, a dual student (industrial clerk with a combined degree in business administration), and a retrainee as an industrial clerk.
The profession of electronics technician for devices and systems combines technical understanding with practical implementation and is perfect for anyone who not only wants to understand technology, but also wants to design it.
The dual training program to become an industrial clerk (with a combined degree in business administration) combines practical and theoretical experience in the company with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and opens up exciting career opportunities. This training program shows how versatile training programs can be today.
We also offer prospects for career changers: with intensive support and a valuable start to a new career path.
Why training is so important
Training is more than just a professional foundation—it shapes the future. The IHK campaign “Training makes us more!” conveys precisely this message: young people should recognize that vocational training offers real prospects and at the same time makes a valuable contribution to securing skilled workers. The campaign shows how important it is to make trainees visible and to recognize them for their achievements.
At Lm-therm, we live this idea every day: our trainees and our dual student are not “tomorrow’s talent,” they are part of our present. They bring fresh ideas, commitment, and new momentum to our company. And we accompany them on their way into their careers.
