Lm-therm honors employees for their loyalty to the company and success in further training
Our Head of Production, Markus Forster, was honored twice on the occasion of our company meeting: for his 10 years loyality to the company and his successful completion of his specialist training. This double award not only underlines the loyalty of the employee and his outstanding work for Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG, but also the company’s commitment to the professional development of its employees.
Markus Forster, who began his career at Lm-therm a decade ago, has distinguished himself through continuous performance and commitment. His path at Lm-therm is a prime example of the opportunities the company offers its employees. His successful further training as a business administrator, which he completed alongside his regular job, is testament to his personal ambition and the support he received from the company.
