Vocational Fair in Neustift – A Huge Success!

Last Thursday, our colleagues Claudia Sonnleitner, Michael Fröhler, and Michael Gruber attended the vocational fair in Neustift—and returned with nothing but positive impressions.
The fair is a joint initiative of the secondary schools in Neustift and Schweiklberg and takes place every year, alternating between the two locations. Last year we were guests in Schweiklberg; this year it was Neustift’s turn.
The response was overwhelmingly positive: The students showed great interest and asked many questions. The skilled trades, in particular, generated a lot of interest. Moments like these show just how valuable a direct encounter between young people and training companies is.
We’re already looking forward to the next fair—which will be back in Schweiklberg!

Our photo shows Sophia, who is demonstrating what manual dexterity means: she’s building an extension cord. A great example of just how hands-on career presentations can really be.
