Towards the future with new ideas and structures
The first quarter of the new year is over. For the management of Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG, it was time to take stock. New ideas need new input. Given the proximity to the Alps, there was no better place for a brainstorming session. Franz Achter, CEO of Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG, Jürgen Gerauer, Head of Material Flow and Value Creation, Manfred Sedlmair, Operations Manager & Sales Manager, Manuel Waldbauer, Deputy Operations Manager, Roland Sommer, Deputy Sales Manager, Simon Gsimbsl, Technical Expert and Markus Forster, Head of Production were all present. A separate appointment will be made for the topics in the area of administration with Bianca Neumaier (Head of Administration).
Expanding expertise for even more responsibility
Responsibility is a top priority at Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG. This applies not only to the high quality of our products, but also to the personal responsibility of our employees. Part of our corporate culture is that our employees act on their own responsibility. With this confidence in their abilities and sense of responsibility, we are significantly expanding the range of skills of our employees. The extent to which competencies are newly created or expanded was one of the topics of the Lm-therm follow-up meeting. Another topic was the future-oriented development of the company.
Positive mood with good prospects
The mood was positive thanks to the good prospects. The successful exchange not only produced excellent results, but also highlighted prospects that will help the company to move forward. In addition to enclosure climate control, the entire portfolio of Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG is to be promoted this year. The focus will be on component assembly and cable technology, which are further mainstays of Lm-therm after enclosure climate control. Few people know that Lm-therm also manufactures customer-specific cables, single and multi-core cables, cable harnesses, earthing cables and has an automatic stranded wire production facility in-house. The production of energy chains, the cabling of power and sub-distribution boards, custom-made products and the testing of portable equipment are also part of the Lm-therm portfolio. This enables Lm-therm to offer cable technology, assemblies and customer-specific enclosure climate control quickly, efficiently and independently of suppliers.
