Team spirit and new strategies at Lm-therm: Once again this year, the management and senior management met for a workshop to discuss important topics for the current financial year and their implementation. Despite the professional topics, there was enough time to strengthen the team spirit and recharge the batteries in the beautiful surroundings of Fuschl am See.

Towards the future with new strategies

New strategies are best developed together. Franz Achter (CEO), Jürgen Gerauer (Head of Material Flow and Value Creation), Manfred Sedlmair (Operations Manager / Head of Sales), Manuel Waldbauer (Deputy Operations Manager), Roland Sommer (Deputy Sales Manager), Simon Gsimbsl (Head of Technology), Bianca Neumaier (Head of Administration) and Markus Forster (Head of Production) were also present. New ideas and strategies were discussed together and their implementation in 2025 was agreed.
