Thanks to our employees in production

Hearty, delicious and cozy: As a small thank you to our production, we invited our employees to the Kerschgeist-Alm. It was always rustic. In addition to the really tasty food (once again a big thank you to the staff at the Kerschgeist-Alm), the evening was rounded off with stimulating and relaxed conversations. Good cooperation is very important for Lm-therm, because a company only works as well as the smallest cog in the wheel. Everyone in their role contributes to the success of the company.

Small gestures that are important to us

Shared meals and events are just one way of saying thank you. Small gestures also maintain friendships and show the appreciation that our employees deserve.

In addition to free drinks, the “fruit basket” and the classic job bike lease, we also offer monthly vouchers that we grant tax-free – a small salary bonus without the tax burden. Or supplementary company health insurance that costs the employee nothing.

Last but not least, however, it is the working atmosphere and a balanced corporate culture that characterize Lm-therm and enable us to deliver the performance and quality that we stand for.
