Lm-therm AG appoints Jürgen Gerauer to the Executive Board

Effective January 1, 2026, Jürgen Gerauer will join Franz Achter as a member of the Executive Board of Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG.

Mr. Gerauer has been a co-shareholder of the company since 2019 as part of the family-internal company succession plan and will ensure long-term management succession by assuming responsibility as a member of the Executive Board.

He has supported the company as a commercial employee for approximately 20 years. Since 2020, he has successfully contributed to the value chain as a manager with the aim of management succession and will use this experience for his future role.

He is supported in his work as a member of the Executive Board by experienced management colleagues and a competent team of managers.
