Our Apprentices at the Career Fair in Ortenburg

Last Friday, our colleague Claudia Sonnleitner, along with Michael Gruber and our apprentices Julia Lenz and Thomas Seidel, attended the career fair at Ortenburg Middle School. As part of the so-called “SchuWiDu Day,” numerous students had the opportunity to learn about various apprenticeship programs and local businesses.

We also took the opportunity to present our company and our training programs. Our two trainees, Julia and Thomas, were the main focus: They shared firsthand accounts of their training, provided personal insights into their daily work, and answered many questions from the interested students.

This direct, peer-to-peer exchange was particularly well-received and demonstrated once again how important authentic insights are for career guidance. We are delighted to have been part of this successful event and hope to see some of the students again soon—perhaps even as our future apprentices!
