Condensation drain socket

The condensate drain fitting allows for the controlled drainage of condensate from control cabinets, enclosures and electrical systems. Condensate often forms due to temperature fluctuations or high humidity and can, over time, cause corrosion, short circuits, or failures of electrical components.

The drain fitting is mounted at the lowest point of the enclosure and reliably drains accumulated condensation to the outside. At the same time, the integrated filter prevents the ingress of dust, dirt, and splashing water, thereby maintaining the enclosure`s protection rating.

The condensate drain is suitable for use in control cabinets equipped with Peltier coolers or dehumidifiers, as well as in all other electrical enclosures where condensation can form. Especially in outdoor applications or under changing environmental conditions, the drain fitting significantly contributes to increasing the operational reliability and service life of the installed components.
