A new addition to the team: Lm-therm welcomes a new dual-track student

We’re excited to welcome a new addition to our team: On September 1, 2026, Lukas Matheis began a dual apprenticeship as an industrial clerk with us, followed by a combined bachelor’s degree program in business administration. Through the dual apprenticeship model, we directly integrate academic education with practical work experience.

Over the coming years, Lukas Matheis will gain experience in all core business areas at Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG—including, for example, purchasing, sales, and accounting. In doing so, he will combine hands-on experience at our company with his academic studies.
