Hubert Aiwanger visits Lm-therm

Hubert Aiwanger, Bavaria’s Minister of State for Economic Affairs, Regional Development, and Energy, visited Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG in Aldersbach to learn firsthand about the company’s ongoing expansion. The focus was on the new production facility, funding from the Free State of Bavaria, and the importance of investments by small and medium-sized enterprises for jobs and regional economic growth.
A visit with significant implications for the Aldersbach site
Hubert Aiwanger was impressed by the company’s entrepreneurial strength and forward-looking approach. “Forward-looking investments like the one here at Lm-therm are exactly what make Bavaria strong,” emphasized the Minister of Economic Affairs.
A modern production facility with additional office space is currently under construction at the Aldersbach site. The building is nearing completion and will significantly expand the company’s production capacity.
“We are very pleased about Mr. Aiwanger’s visit and the recognition of our investment at the Aldersbach site,” says the management of Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG. “The new production facility is an important step toward expanding our capacity and continuing to supply our customers reliably and efficiently in the future.”
Value Creation, Jobs, and the Future of Industry
Lm-therm Elektrotechnik AG, with approximately 50 employees, manufactures professional climate control systems for control cabinets, equipment, and industrial applications. The company is thus a key supplier for infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects in Germany and Europe.
The expansion will secure jobs, create apprenticeship positions, and generate additional economic value in the region. The Free State of Bavaria is supporting the expansion through regional funding programs.
Outlook: Growing production in Aldersbach
The opening of the new production facility is a major milestone for Lm-therm and the company’s future at this location. With its expanded production capacity, Lm-therm aims to reliably support its customers even as their demands increase and to continue growing as an innovative technology partner in the electrical industry.
