Loyalty Rewarded: Three Employees Honored at Lm-therm

Employee Recognition at Lm-therm: Three long-serving employees were honored by management for 30 years of service each. Michael Steiger (Heating Manufacturing, since May 6, 1996) will remain with the company. Maria Saller, who has worked as a production assistant since January 19, 1996, will retire on June 30, 2026. Sieglinde Forster from Purchasing has been retired since May 1, 2026, but continues to support Lm-therm on a part-time basis. She has been with the company since May 1, 1996.
